This dashi pack is made with 100% natural ingredients, focusing on the umami and aroma of bonito flakes.
It uses three types of bonito flakes: "ice-temperature aged bonito flakes" with a strong umami flavor, rough bonito flakes with a strong smoky aroma, and rough bonito flakes with a mellow aroma.
Domestically produced sardine dried sardines and ma kelp from southern Hokkaido further enhance the aroma of the dashi.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture
