The "Crab Omelet Mix," which you mix with eggs and fry, contains bamboo shoots, carrots, crab meat, kamaboko, wood ear mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms. The "Thick Sauce Mix" contains green peas. Both the crab omelet and the thick sauce can be made in one frying pan, so you can easily create crab omelets filled with ingredients and smothered in a rich sauce.
It's delicious as a side dish, or served on rice as a Tianjin rice bowl.
