Smooth chocolate cream sandwiched between finely textured langue de chat pastry.

● Made with sugar beet from Hokkaido.

● The dough is carefully baked by adjusting not only the oven temperature but also the humidity according to its condition. The golden-brown rim that appears on the langue de chat dough—called the “Brown Edge”—is the sign of perfect baking.

● By intentionally adding extra mixing steps, the dough becomes smoother and finer in texture. This is achieved through the “Two-Step Egg Blending Method” (Ito Seika’s original technique).
