This is a kelp stock base made with powdered Hokkaido ma-konbu kelp.
Its mild, mellow flavor goes well with all kinds of ingredients, including vegetables and seafood, bringing out their natural flavors.
It can be used in a wide variety of dishes, including clear soups, simmered vegetables, and rice dishes, as well as hot pots, sushi rice, and light pickles.
